One paid plan at $5 a month, per workspace. Everything runs on your computer, there's no SoftGlaze account, and the 7-day trial has every feature in it.

The owner of a workspace has no profile or proxy limit. Members have per-role limits, which you set. Rows that would need a change in the app to be true aren’t listed at all.
When the trial ends
This is the part most billing questions are about, so here it is exactly as the app behaves.
Days 1 to 7
Everything works.

Everything still works, and the app reminds you to subscribe.
Day 11 onwards
The app locks to a renewal screen until you buy a plan or enter a purchase code. Your profiles and data stay on your computer.
After 7 days you get 3 more days with reminders. Then the app locks to a renewal screen until you buy a plan. Your profiles and data stay on your computer, and unlock as soon as you do.

Prices are in USD and exclude any tax we have to collect. No card details ever reach us or the app: payment happens on the provider’s own page. Nothing is charged while checkout is closed.
What you’re paying for
The licence
The source code is public under the Business Source License 1.1. You can read it, build it and test it for free. Using SoftGlaze for real work needs a paid licence, which is what the plans are. You can’t resell it or run it as a hosted service. This version becomes Apache 2.0 on 1 January 2030.
Refunds
14 days, no questions asked, counted from the charge. Ask by email and it goes back the way it came. Please ask before filing a chargeback: a refund takes one email.
Your data
There’s nothing to export if you stop paying. Profiles, proxies and cookies were never on our servers: they’re in a database on your computer, and they stay there.

Billing questions
Is there a free plan?
No. There's a 7-day trial with every feature and no card, and one paid plan after that.
Is a licence per computer or per workspace?
Per workspace. A workspace is one installation with its own database, its members and its profiles, and the licence covers that workspace rather than each computer it has been installed on.
What counts as commercial use?
Using SoftGlaze to do work counts: running your own shops or accounts, or anything for a client. Reading the source, building it and testing it are free under the licence. Real work needs a paid licence, which is what the plan is.
Can I pay with crypto, and how do refunds work then?
Crypto will be one of the payment methods when checkout opens, through Cryptomus. A crypto refund goes back in the same coin, to an address you give us, for the amount we received less the network fee. What that is worth in dollars on the day isn't something either of us controls.
Do you send invoices?
Yes. Email billing@softglaze.com and you'll get an invoice with the company details on it.
What happens if I stop paying?
After the term ends you get a 3-day grace period, then the app locks to a renewal screen. Nothing is deleted: your profiles, proxies and cookies stay in the database on your computer and come back as soon as you renew.
Do I need more than one plan for more than 25 people?
The paid plan covers 25 members in a workspace. More than that isn't a plan on this page yet, so write to billing@softglaze.com and we'll work it out.
