Several people, one set of client accounts

Roles that decide what each person can do, profiles shared without their passwords, and a log of who did what. The workspace below is the seeded demo one.

The workflow

  1. 01

One workspace, a group per client

Keep each client's profiles in their own group, with tags for the work inside it. 6 groups cover the seeded fleet, and a filter shows one client at a time.

    Fingerprint management

  2. 02

Invite people into the roles they need

4 roles, from Owner down to Operator, each with limits on profiles, proxies and running browsers that you can change per person. An override can only take a permission away, never add one.

    Team access

  3. 03

Share a profile, not a password

Share to use or to edit. Below Manager the proxy login, the cookie export and the 2FA code arrive as ••••••••, and the profile still launches for them.

    What an Operator sees

  4. 04

Stop two people opening the same account

While a profile is running it is locked to the member who opened it, so a colleague cannot launch the same account into a second session by accident.

    Switching members

  5. 05

Keep a record of who did what

The activity log records launches, edits, imports, deletions, member changes and sign-ins, filtered by member, action and date, and exports as CSV or JSON.

    Activity log

  6. 06

Hand a client’s work over, or take it back

When someone leaves, their profiles and proxies can be reassigned to you or to another member, or deleted. Deleted profiles go to Trash and can be restored.
