Team access
Give each person in a workspace a role, the profiles they need and the limits you choose. What they can’t do is refused by the app itself, not just hidden from the screen.
Give people the profiles they need, and nothing else
Invite members with one of 4 roles. Each role has default limits you can change per person, and Operators only work with the profiles assigned to them.
| Role | What they can do | Profiles | Proxies | Browsers |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Owner | Full control, including members and the vault. | No limit | No limit | No limit |
| Admin | Manage profiles, proxies, groups and the managers/operators they create. | 200 | 200 | 10 |
| Manager | Create, edit and launch profiles, and add operators. | 50 | 50 | 5 |
| Operator | Launch and use assigned profiles only. | 10 | 10 | 2 |
Default limits per member. Owners can change them for each person.
What an Operator sees on a shared profile
- Proxy
- res-de-1.example:10000
- Username
- ••••••••
- Password
- ••••••••
- 2FA code
- ••••••••
- Cookie export
- Not available
Proxy logins, 2FA codes and cookie exports are only shown to Managers and above. An Operator can still launch the profile and use it.
Seats
Up to 3 members during the trial and 25 on the paid plan.
Sharing and locking
Share a profile to use or to edit. While someone has a profile open, it is locked to them, so two people can’t run the same account at once.
Activity log
Who launched, edited or imported what, and when. Export it as CSV or JSON.
What each role can do
These are each role’s defaults. Owners and admins can turn individual actions off for a member below them. An override can only take a permission away, never grant one above the member’s role.
| Action | Owner | Admin | Manager | Operator |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Launch profiles | Yes | Yes | Yes | Yes |
| Create profiles | Yes | Yes | Yes | Yes |
| Edit profiles | Yes | Yes | Yes | Yes |
| Export profiles | Yes | Yes | Yes | Yes |
| Add, edit and delete proxies | Yes | Yes | Yes | Yes |
| Run automation and macros | Yes | Yes | Yes | Yes |
| Share profiles with members | Yes | Yes | Yes | No |
| Reveal raw proxy credentials | Yes | Yes | Yes | No |
| Delete profiles (to Trash) | Yes | Yes | No | No |
| Manage team extensions | Yes | Yes | No | No |
| Manage team members | Yes | Yes | No | No |
| Permanently purge profiles | Yes | No | No | No |
| Manage the Identity Vault | Yes | No | No | No |
| Delete members and change roles | Yes | No | No | No |
A dash means the role doesn’t have that action. If a member tries it anyway, the app refuses it.
Adding and managing members
Each role can add members below it, up to a cap. Owners and admins can adjust the limits, visible pages and actions of members they manage, and reset them to the role’s defaults in one step.
| Role | Can add | Default cap |
|---|---|---|
| Owner | Admin, Manager, Operator | Up to 10 Admins, 10 Managers and 5 Operators |
| Admin | Manager, Operator | Up to 5 Managers and 5 Operators |
| Manager | Operator | Up to 3 Operators |
| Operator | No one | None |
Visible pages
Hide any of these from a member’s sidebar:
- Dashboard
- Profiles
- Groups
- Proxy pool
- Extensions
- Browsers
- Batch import
- Members
- Trash
- Settings
Sharing profiles
Managers and above can share selected profiles with a member to use (launch only) or to use and edit, and revoke access later. Deleting stays with admins.
Removing someone
Keep their profiles and proxies and reassign them to you or another member, or delete them. Deleted profiles go to Trash and can be restored. Members can also be suspended, which blocks sign-in.
Switching members and the activity log
Several people can work from one installation, and you can see afterwards who did what.
Switching members
Pick a member from the menu at the bottom of the sidebar. A member can have a PIN, which is asked for when you switch to them. Switching to a member of the same or a higher role needs that member’s password.
Activity log
Filter by member, action and date range, then export the result as CSV or JSON. Recorded actions include:
- launched
- stopped
- created
- edited
- deleted
- restored
- imported
- assigned
- parallel run
- macro run
- member added
- permissions changed
- signed in
